Tropical Texas Behavioral Health is a Community Mental Health Center that offers mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services to people in Hidalgo, Cameron, and Willacy Counties in Texas. TTBH employs around 550 staff members and serves over 24,000 individuals each year.
