Tabata Bungee

Tabata Bungee is a 30-minute high-intensity workout.

The Tabata Bungee routine includes:

  • 20 seconds of intense activity
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 8 rounds with 1-minute rest intervals between rounds

Toning Bungee

Required Ceiling Height for Bungee Fitness

Students should be able to stand flat-footed while securely clipped into the bungee, with the cord taut and offering support.
