Joining a new gym or club can feel overwhelming. With various options and packages to choose from, it’s understandable not to know which one is the best fit for you. Here, we aim to simplify the different membership options available at Xperience Fitness. If you’re new, Xperience offers a FREE 7-day pass for you to try out our gym – at no cost to you! Fitness Center provides fitness classes, personal training, weight loss programs, and much more!

If you’re considering becoming a member, you can choose from our Core Level, Fit Level, and Orange Card monthly membership packages. Get fit and become unstoppable!

Xperience Fitness Cancel Membership

Why cancel when you have the option to freeze your membership? Freezing your membership means you won’t be billed during that time, plus it safeguards your current rate from potential future increases and spares you from potential enrollment fees when you decide to return.

Membership Cancellation Terms & Conditions:

  1. Canceling your membership requires a 7-day notice. During this period, you’ll be responsible for any payments due within the following 7 days after submitting your cancellation request.
  2. To cancel your membership, your account must be in good standing without any outstanding balances.
  3. If you have an active Personal Training agreement, canceling your membership won’t affect the Personal Training agreement.
  4. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your membership.
  5. If there are any issues with your cancellation request, a member of our Customer Success team will promptly reach out to you to resolve them. By submitting this request, you acknowledge that you won’t have access to the club’s facilities until you choose to reactivate your membership.
  6. If you don’t receive confirmation within 72 hours, please call Member Services to confirm receipt at 920-886-2800.
