About Brevard Health Alliance
BHA, Inc. serves as the sole Federally Qualified Health Center in Brevard County. It offers comprehensive primary health care services to residents regardless of their financial means. Through a sliding-fee scale system, BHA has been delivering primary care, behavioral health, dental, diagnostic, resource management, pharmacy, women’s health, obstetrics, Hepatitis C, and HIV services. Since March 2005, it has also provided extended pediatric walk-in care hours and specialty referrals, catering especially to economically disadvantaged individuals in Brevard County.
Brevard Health Alliance is recognized as an FTCA Deemed Facility. This health center receives funding from the Health and Human Services (HHS) and holds Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status for certain health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for both the organization and its covered individuals.
